Susan Hemsley is a personal trainer and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over 20 years of experience and a proven record as a IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, WFF World Champion Pro, and USPA Elite Powerlifter. She combines deep knowledge of the body with the mindset of a champion to help athletes attain peak performance, guide everyday people toward lasting strength, and support older adults in moving with confidence and independence.
